In August 2019 360 Underwriting Solutions Pty Ltd acquired a 50% stake in the online insurance solutions specialist eSentry, which was originally established in October 2010, concentrating on Construction insurance for Annual/Single Construction Works and Residential Owner Builder Products.

Effective 1st July 2020, the eSentry Construction portfolio will trade through 360 Construction & Engineering Pty Ltd (360 Construction), an Authorised Representative of 360 Underwriting Solutions Pty Ltd.

Over the course of 2019 – 2020, 360 have devoted much of their attention to integrating the eSentry team into the 360 Group, including developing the products and IT solution in readiness for re-launching the business as 360 Construction.

  • 360 Construction will be arranging your Construction Works Insurance products going forward, and our remittance details will change effective 1st July 2020 (please see below for our updated business & banking details);
  • A comprehensive 360 look and feel via the rebranded product and collateral;
  • A seamless transition from the eSentry Technology platform to merge with the 360 Compass Online Web-Portal, which has been updated to accommodate the expanded product features;
  • An expanded team to support the success of our first 12 months of trading, and to support our service model into the future;

How do I register for broker access to the eSentry Online platform?

Click this link or the Register button above. We will register you and confirm your login details via email in a matter of minutes. (We send a verification email from admin@esentry.com.au to your registered email address, so please check your junk inbox if not received immediately) If we do not already have your brokerage listed within our system we will arrange for you to be added.

Broker Commission Payable

We provide complete flexibility for all brokers allowing them to choose how they wish to be paid, note that our standard commission rate is set at 15% as a default and is clearly displayed on all documentation.

Terms of Trade

We offer 45 days credit to all registered brokers. Our terms of credit are effective from the policy inception date.

Claims Procedures

eSentry are committed to prompt, professional and fair claims handling tailored to the individual needs of our clients. We want to consistently execute best claims practices to achieve the best outcome for our clients.

Making a claim with eSentry is simple and easy. We will help you and guide you through the whole claim process.

  • We will monitor all claims on a regular basis to ensure expeditious settlement.
  • Claims are handled by highly efficient & professional claims teams operated by our security providers.
  • All claims must be notified to eSentry or our security provider immediately by downloading and completing the relevant claim form.
  • Please ensure that all relevant details are filled out on the claim form.

With each claim form, you will need to attach or forward where applicable:

  • Photographs of the damage.
  • Repair / replacement quotations or order forms.
  • If the damage/loss has been repaired/ replaced please provide invoices.
  • Original purchase receipts/ documentation to show proof of ownership where possible.
  • Scope of repair works.
  • It is mandatory to include the subject project details: start and finish dates as well as the contract price.

Once the above is received, we will determine and notify if they require a loss adjustor to attend and inspect damage/ the site. Please retain all damaged items if practical.

  • Forward any third party correspondence including letters from solicitors, statements of claim, letters of demand immediately to eSentry.
  • Do not admit liability for any incident whether verbally or in writing.
  • Take all reasonable steps following an incident to protect the person or property from further injury or damage.
  • Should any third party or their insurer/solicitor contact you, please avoid entering into any conversation with them regarding the alleged incident and refer them to eSentry.
  • Obtain as much information as possible for example witness details, contact details of all parties involved..

We will determine if a loss adjustor or solicitor is to be appointed, therefore please retain any relevant items/documentation and confirm specifics of location/site where incident occurred.

Our Repair Process

  • Is stress-free, you only have to obtain one quote (please refer to the Tokio Marine Repairer Network).
  • Allows you to select a repairer of your choice ,provided that they are a licensed repairer and are appropriately qualified.
  • Guarantees repairs for the lifetime of the vehicle. Our repairers will endeavor to supply genuine parts where available.

Our claims controllers can discuss the most convenient method for arranging the repair of your vehicle and, if required, will assist you in selecting the most suitable and conveniently located repairer. If your vehicle cannot be driven, we can arrange for it to be towed and delivered to the repairer.

Windscreen/Glass Claims

If you wish to lodge a claim for damaged windscreen/ glass (subject to policy conditions), please call O'Brien Glass. on 13 16 16. O’Brien Glass is our preferred supplier for all windscreen and glass damage.

Please ensure that you advise O'Brien that you are insured with Tokio Marine & Nichido and that you have your policy number with you when you call and details of how the damage occurred, and O’Brien Glass will manage the process for you. Alternatively, if you do not have your policy number with you, please call Tokio Marine on 1800 229 272.
